A Gas Generator designed to supply a continuous flow of Nitrogen Gas at a predetermined pressure and purity.
The generator is specifically designed to supply the Polymer Laboratories Evaporative Light Scattering Detectors (ELSD).
Using the robust and reliable PSA technique to generatre Nitrogen no secondary purification is required.
Removing the need for cylinder gases, the NG4 Gas Generator supplies gas to the correct requirements with only a 3-pin electrical connection required on internal compressor models. (Compressor air required on Generators without compressor).
Improved Safety: Nitrogen is produced at low pressure's thus removing the need for high pressure cylinders or liquid dewars.
Increased Efficiency: A constant, uninterrupted gas supply reduces downtime on cylinder change-over and instrument calibration.
Simple Installation: Gas generators can be installed on or under a bench within close proximity of the instrument eliminating the need for long gas piping from cylinders located elsewhere.
Environmental: One delivery of a Noblegen Gas generator will give +10 years supply of on-site compared to on-going transportation associated with cylinder gases.
