All NobleGen products (exec Hydrogen) are supplied with a standard 24 month manufacturers warranty from date of purchase for parts and labour (Returned to NobleGen). A full warranty document and conditions is supplied with every product and can be requested at any time. Extended warranty’s can be offered, please contact Noblegen for details.

Generator Servicing:-

Without compressor - 8000 generating hours

With oil-less compressor - 4000 generating hours

Optional preventative 24,000 hours or 5 years - consult factory for advice

* hydrogen generator warranty 12 months

As Noblegen take a great deal of time ensuring the customer receives the best from their generator, a reminder will be sent to you when your unit requires a service.

Although every effort has been made to ensure you have purchased a high quality reliable product, should you experience any problems with your generator at any time Noblegen service staff will ensure that your query is solved as soon as possible.
